It’s not just a haircut for her. It’s listening to and understanding the customer. Her end goal is to be able to give them the cut and style that gives them the confidence to wake up and re-create what She did for them.

Her practice of Anesthesia has led her to working at multiple hospitals within the DFW Metroplex. Allison is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, where she was a trauma specialist, as well as other areas of critical care. She also was a part of the elite Critical Care Air Transport Team(CCATT) that transports the most critically injured military personnel, around the world, to higher levels of care.

Lisa recently joined the Salon 180 Midlothian team after years of working in Duncanville, her hometown. Lisa made Midlothian her home 15 years ago and is happy to be working so close to home.
Lisa has 2 sons. She loves spending time at Broken Bow and enjoys hiking the nature trails there, an experience that always lifts the stress of a hectic busy lifestyle and brings her closer in her walk with God. Lisa is also an avid Texas Rangers fan and going to games is a must.
